Make your flight more comfortable: new airport services for the Biletix customers

We want your each flight to bring joyful emotions, therefore, together with our IziPass partners, we have launched new services which will make your stay at an airport more comfortable. For example, you may be met by a personal assistant and escorted from an entrance to a terminal to the board. Or pre-book business lounge access and enjoy the moments before your flight. About all the options – in our article.

What services can you use?

On Biletix you can pre-book the following services (list and cost of services depends on the chosen airport):

  • Lounge – Enjoy a comfortable stay in separate premium areas in the Departure Lounge with seating area, complimentary drinks and snacks, WIFI and more.
  • Meet & Greet (meeting and escorting) is a personal assistant will meet you at an entrance to a terminal and escort you to the board, help with fast track of all pre-flight and post-flight procedures.
  • Fast Track is a fast and easy track of security control without queues via a separate channel through automatic gates.

VIP service is a comprehensive individual passenger service in a separate terminal or a section of the terminal with parking. A personal assistant takes care of all the details: from fast track of all pre-flight and post-flight procedures without queues and assistance with baggage check-in to providing food and personal transfer from a terminal to the aircraft and back to a terminal.

How to book additional airport services?

You can book the service you are interested in online on the Biletix website. For that to happen:

  • Select the required service on the additional service registration page. The selected services will be added to the purchase list along with the ticket;
  • enter payment card details and pay for the order;
  • The voucher with a confirmation code will be sent to the e-mail specified when ordering the service.

You can book the service in advance, 364 days before the date of its provision. The minimum order time depends on rules of an airport and the service you have chosen. The rules for booking and providing services can be found on an official website of an airport and in the description of the service you are interested in.

 

How to use additional services?

In order to use the ordered service, you shall provide the voucher with a confirmation code to an airport employee. There is no need to print out the voucher, it may be provided on your smartphone.

The meeting point at the airport as well as all contact details are indicated on the voucher. You can contact the airport staff who will help you find your way around.
